The Pilates Mat class is performed on the floor using your own body weight as resistance. It’s a practice that strengthens the core, improves posture, flexibility, and body awareness. Each session combines controlled movements, conscious breathing, and precise alignment, and it’s suitable for all levels.
What to expect:
* Activation and strengthening of the abdominals, back, and glutes.
* Improved balance, mobility, and stability.
* Gentle yet challenging exercises with mindful movement.
* Modifications available for all levels, from beginners to advanced.
Duration: 50 minutes
Recommended for: Those looking to tone, improve posture, and enhance overall physical well-being.
Days: Monday at 7 p.m. and/or Wednesday at 9 a.m.
