Then enjoy lunch or dinner at the new Trattoria Don Giovanni Ristorante Soldeu.

Roman-style pinsa base without tomato or mozzarella, topped with crispy guanciale, pecorino romano, black pepper, and egg yolk.

**You can choose between lunch or dinner, always taking into account availability:

Closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays in September

Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays in October and November.
